Datamax Authorized Service Technician Training - Orlando

Only available to dealers of Datamax Printer Products. The DASC Training is a 3-day comprehensive technical training course designed for intermediate to advanced technicians. The class covers all Datamax Printer Products and are hands-on, diagnostic based training. This course is required for Datamax Dealers wishing to obtain Datamax Authorized Service Center (DASC) Status. A passing grade on the final test is required for certification as a Datamax Certified Printer Technician.

Datamax Authorized Service Technician Training - On-Site

Only available to dealers of Datamax Printer Products. This is the same 3-day course offered at our Orlando Training Facility. Our Trainer will travel to your site with all necessary equipment, for up to up to 8 students (the customer may choose to provide training printers to reduce class cost). The customer is responsible for providing the proper environment and tools for the Student /Technicians (see tool requirements below). Please enquire at cthorne@datamaxcorp.com

Basic Technician - Orlando

Basic Technician Training Courses are 1-day, product specific, technical training courses designed for entry-level to intermediate technicians. The class covers specific Datamax Printer product families and are hands-on, diagnostic based training. This course is not for Dealers wishing to obtain Datamax Authorized Service Center (DASC) Status. Classes are scheduled as required. For Further information, please contact cthorne@datamaxcorp.com. This course is open to end-users as well.

Basic Technician - On-Site

The same as the Basic Technician Class offered at our Orlando Training Facility. Our Trainer will travel to your site with all necessary equipment, for up to 8 students (Customer may choose to provide training printers to reduce class cost). Registration and Confirmation:

Registration for any programs must be confirmed 14 days in advance. A completed Reservation Form, purchase order or credit card order in the full amount must be received for confirmation. Click Here to Register

Cancellation Policy:

A 14-day notice of cancellation is required. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled training session will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Tool Requirements (for on-site only)

Philips head screwdrivers: #1 and #2
Flat head screwdrivers: Medium and Small
Allen wrench sets: SAE and Metric.
Volt/Ohm meter
