Training Information

Datamax leads the industry in its commitment to "World Class" product training. Our programs are uniquely customized to meet the most demanding requirements of Datamax Partners, including VARS, Resellers, Distributors, Sub-distributors, Dealers and End-users.

Training is conducted at the Datamax International Training Facility in Orlando, Florida, or on-site in the over 90 countries that Datamax currently services through its worldwide distribution network.

Training courses are currently available for either technical and/or sales personnel.

Experienced Datamax Technical Support personnel conduct comprehensive technical training sessions that include:

- Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer Printer Fundamentals
- Printer Specifications, Options and Configuration Guidelines
- Printer Operation Adjustments and Maintenance Procedures
- Removal and Replacement of Field Serviceable Components
- Service Tech Bulletins
