Express Response 24
Express Response 24 was designed for end-users that can't afford down time on their printers. Should a Printer covered by ER/24 fail Datamax will ship an identical replacement printer before the end of the next business day (usually within 24 hours). The replacement printer will be sent via Federal Express P1 Over-Night Service anywhere in the United States. The end-user simply replaces the original unit with the replacement printer and returns the original unit back to Datamax in the carton in which the replacement arrived. Fast - Simple - Cost Effective - The perfect solution where downtime is not an option.
