As a member of Team Datamax, you are eligible to participate in a variety of programs included in our exceptional benefits package. Our Paid Time Off Policy combines vacation, holidays, sick/personal time and is designed to allow the employee more flexibility and discretion over choosing their time away from work. The employee starts earning Paid Time Off immediately (accrues weekly) and it is available for use after only 90 days. During the first full year of employment, the hourly non-exempt employee will have a total of 25 days (based upon 8 hour days) of paid time away from work.
